To the maximum extent permitted by law, FilmConnector shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
